Appointment Information
Appointments can now be made in real time using MyHealth
Online. This service can be used to update personal information, insurance and also pay your bill.
To make an appointment for a sick child or to make an appointment for a well check-up, login to your
MyHealth Online account or you may call the Concord
Location office at 704-403-7800, or the Renaissance Square Location office at 704-439-3770.
That way we are able to schedule a time for your child that is convenient for you and for us. For more urgent situations, we do our best to schedule
your child for that day. Please check our office hours for our locations. The doctors do their best to
stay on schedule; however, emergencies arise which may cause you to wait. Please be patient with us, knowing that if you had an emergency, we
would put you first.
Appointments
We ask that all patients make an appointment prior to coming to our office by calling 704-403-7800. All patient appointments
are scheduled during regular business hours from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We also offer same-day
appointments for urgent visits during these hours.
When scheduling an appointment, please provide us with your name, date of birth, insurance information and the nature of
your visit so that we allow sufficient time for your visit. All patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time
to update patient information. If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Emergencies
If you have an emergency, please call our office at 704-403-7800 and be prepared to explain the nature of your problem. If you
call before or after business hours, or during the weekend, an answering service will direct your call. If you feel it is necessary,
and cannot wait for a physician to return your call, go directly to Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast and have the emergency
room staff call one of our physicians.
Hospitalization
The physicians of NorthEast Women's Health & Obstetrics are part of NorthEast Physician Network and maintain full
admitting privileges at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast. In most instances where hospitalization is recommended, our office
will make all pre-admission arrangements. Be sure to let us know if your insurance company requires prior approval or
pre-certification before hospitalization.
